The world of work and the labor market:
The world of work is constantly changing. We examine the effects of current trends such as digitalization, demographic change and sustainability on employment, occupations and demand for qualifications and derive possible courses of action for labour market policy. We analyze the effects of labor market policy measures and advise on the development and testing of new labor market policy instruments. Numerous contributions on (re)integration into employment, inclusion and social participation can be found in the research network of the Public Employment Service Austria.

Health:
In the area of health promotion, we evaluate public prevention and health programs and workplace health promotion. With our consulting services, we support you in making health promotion more sustainable, establishing corporate health in your organization and making its effects visible. We research the evidence of health measures for you in literature databases and examine implementation options in Austria by assessing acceptance among the target group, researching the legal framework and obtaining the opinions of stakeholders and experts. Our evaluations are based on theoretical impact models, which we test empirically using your intervention.
